PT Krakatau Posco will reach capacity total about 6 million tons/year when finish the second phase of construction at 2014. Products of the company will consist of Slab, Plate, and Hot Rolled Coil (HRC). Company will constructed on Cilegon, Banten, and will need investment about USD 6 billion.

Requirement
- Bachelor (S1)/Academy (D3) Graduates, or students who will graduated in 2012.
- Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering/Science, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Metallurgy/Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, and Transportation Management.
- Maximum 25 years old for S1 and 23 years old for D3.
- GPA (IPK) min. 2,85 of 4,0 scale.
