  • This position exists to manage and ensure overall jetty operation to transfer all materials among plant, inter island-export/import activities (gypsum, coal, cement in bag, jumbo bag, bulk cement, and clinker) are running well and also ensure good performance of inbound and outbound material process via jetty which include; jetty management, quality, equipment maintenance/operation, and transport equipment (BC, truck, mobile crane) to meet good safety, production, environmental and cost target.
  • Able to make some plan and ensure the vessels/barges berthing and sailing process, include the secure and safety related with load-unload vessels/barges in jetty.
  • Able to negotiate with port authority and others local government related to jetty issues.

Scope of Work:

  • OPI runs in 2-4 unit areas in each wave and it is being rolled out to company wide. Each wave takes 8 months from start to completion. Usually two (2) unit areas are under responsibility by one (1) OPI lead coach. The position is to provide leadership, support & control of the OPI program and practices in unit areas under his or her responsibility.
  • The role is to act as an INTERNAL CONSULTANT and a coach to help unit area managers/leaders improve their unit performance, identify and capture the cost saving or revenue generation opportunity in line with diagnostic finding conducted at the beginning of the wave.
  • At the same time, OPI coach is responsible for the People Capability development on OPI system, process, tools, and practices.

Responsibilities:
Scope of Work:

  • Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and controlling overall initiatives communication and effective change management in establishing a Customer Centric Corporation (CCC)


Requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in any major, preferable holds a Master of Business Administration or Master in Management degree


Experience:

  • A working knowledge of over 2-3 years experience services area, human resources training – change management or marketing communication
  • Experience with working in multidiscipline team


Computer literacy:

  • MS Office, Lotus Notes


Language :

  • Good command in English both oral & written



Other qualification / skills:

  • Understanding of customer centric culture framework, Good analytical thinking and customer focus orientation
  • Strong in planning and monitoring of project management
  • Excellent and experience at diagnosing communications requirements and developing a structured approach to engaging stakeholder groups.
  • Experienced at facilitating communication between many parties and enabling knowledge transfer between stakeholders
  • Experienced at writing and delivering a range of communications materials across different channels, tailored for the appropriate audience.
  • Individual should be self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet deadlines also through others
  • Good interpersonal skills are key as this role entails engaging with a number of key stakeholders within implementation teams
  • A strong team player and be willing to work with multiple individuals in achieving results.
  • Demonstrates personal behaviors and values such as openness, mutual respect, honesty and trust with team.

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

  • Assist Financial Evaluation Manager and Business Analyst in:
  • Detailed review and analysis on the financial justification/viability of CAPEX proposals, provide supports for the CAPEX analysis tasks in performing the CAPEX Post Audit and other projects.
  • Customers and Customer Requirements:
  • Key customers for this position are the Financial Evaluation Manager, Project Managers of CAPEX proposals, Finance Director, President Director, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, other directorates and their managers as well as corporate functions in Switzerland
  • Customers require active/pro-active participation in the ongoing management including timely and accurate analysis of information, CAPEX analysis, forecasts and capital proposals etc

Requirements:
Education :

  • University degree in economic or Industrial engineering from a reputable university

Experience :

  • The incumbent must have at least 2 years experience in Finance, auditing, or in business analysis function

Computer literacy:

  • Accounting, Financial Reporting & Computer Skills

Language:

  • Good command of written & spoken English
