1. Mining Operational Site Manager (Code: MOS)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to overall site and production activity
• Planning and monitoring production process and process and conducting production budget
• Ensuring the quality and safety of production process
• Lead and manage subordinate and develop an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
• Male, 35-45 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 5 years as Mine Manager
• Expert in mine planning, production operations, coal processing, and coal quality control
• Certified at chief mining are preferable
2. Legal Manager (Code: LGM)
Responsibilities:
• Managing all legal affairs of the company
• Providing legal advices of the company bussiness activities
• Updating latest laws and regulations especially related to coal mining and environment including it s legal implications to the bussiness
• Handling company s legal documents/ permits/ licenses as well as their filling system
• Leading and managing subordinates and developing an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
• Male, age 35-40 years, minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 10 years experiences at legal matters, especially in corporate matters
• Preferable has sound knowledge in laws and regulations related to coal mining and environment, Indonesia and international commercial laws
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
• Good legal networking
3. Health, Safety and Environment Superintendent (Code: HSS)
Responsibilities:
• Develop HSE management system and programs
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of HSE program
Requirements:
• Male, 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Understands relevant Indonesian as well as international SHE standards
• Experience at least 5 years in HSE related position
• Ready to work at Site West Kutai, East Kalimantan
4. Mine Plan Engineer Supervisor (Code: MPE)
Responsibilities:
• Preparing annual mine plan in monthly basis
• Controlling progress of short term mine operation (weekly and daily)
Requirements:
• Male, age 25-35 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology or equivalent
• Has at least 5 years of working experiences in coal mining companies with at least 2 years in mine planning, has excellent skill operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad and spreadsheets
• Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal - related environment regulation
• Ready to work at Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan
5. Mine Engineer Supervisor Administration (Code: MES Adm)
Responsibilities:
• Handle over all administration report for example daily report, monthly report and annual report
• Coordinate and control the implementation of administration system
• Lead and manage subordinates and developing an open ethical working
Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology or Mining from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 2 years in similar position
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, Autocad, Minescape, Minex, and Other mining software
• Ready to work at Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan
6. Civil Supervisor (Code: CVS)
Responsibilities:
• Managing and monitoring the construction process
• Analyzing and controlling the implementation of infrastructure design
• Conduct budget construction and control the implementation
• Report the construction progress to superior
Requirements:
• Male, 28-33 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 2 years in Civil Supervisor
• Expert in civil works of mechanical soil removal (earth works), roads, bridges and infrastructure
• Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Autocad 2004, MS Project, email, etc
• Ready to work at Site West Kutai, East Kalimantan
7. Procurement Supervisor (Code: PCR)
Responsibilities:
• Manage the procurement of direct materials, equipment, parts and supplies, and ensuring continued quality supply obtained at the most competitive cost
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
• Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
Requirements:
• Male, 27-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 5 years in the same position in handling procurement
• Good and strong in negotiation skill
• Preferable has sound knowledge in heavy equipment spare part
• Ready to work at Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan
8. Legal Staff (Code: LGS)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members on issues related to land compensation
• Conducting studies on land status within the mining area
• Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required
• Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration
• Work with contracted law firm on assignment that require internal legal services
Requirements:
• Male, age 23-30 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years experiences at legal matters
• Knowledge in company laws, contract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the international commercial laws

9. Finance Staff (Code: FIN)
Responsibilities:
• Handling petty cash
• Conducting bank reconciliation
• Preparing payment to vendor, supplier, etc.
• Maintaining administration and filing
• Coordinating with branch officer (sites) on cash usage and disbursement
• Other related job that needed by the company
Requirements:
• Male/Female, age 25-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years in of working experiences in similar position
• Strong financial, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong drive and commitment on the quality of work and able to cope with every work schedule
• Ready to work at Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan
10. HR & GS Staff (Code: HR)
Responsibilities:
• Provide day to day support in general HR & GS at site
Requirements:
• Male, max 30 years
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Law, Others or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human
Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent
• Ready to work at Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan
